Nowadays, we live fast-paced demanding lives. Often, we suddenly realise that our day-to-day life has become overwhelming with responsibilities and endless things that have to be done. Because somehow within the ‘to-do’ list we have forgotten to allow ourselves a little ‘me time’ in which we can relax.
So we arrive at that crisis point when we’re forced to admit we need some help and support in coping with life. Of course then, the difficulty can be finding affordable and accessible healing.
Because sometimes:
- We may not have time for an appointment with a therapist.
- We might not have the finances, no matter how much we need it.
- We might not be able to leave loved ones, even for a short time.
- Maybe there is difficulty with transport.
- Or, perhaps we’re not able to cope with seeing people.
